When was the lasttime you heard of a Vancouver artist's painting exhibit selling outin one hour, before it even opened?
That's what happenedat Bobbie Burgers' last art show at South Granville's Bau-Xi Gallery.
But she's back foranother round, with a fresh new inventory. Burgers' acrylic-on-canvasworks are big (40x40 inches), bold and colourful floral still lifes,just like the statuesque, young North Shore blonde.
At the last show,over 100 ballots were received for pieces ranging in price from $2,000to $16,000.

Show opens Saturday,March 5 (2-5 p.m.) and runs through March 26.
