Some of us cook well. And some of us perform brain surgery well. It’s all about choosing your battles.
So how about letting someone else wrestle with the turkey this year, while you simply swing by and pick up your Christmas dinner-to-go for only $34 per person.
New catering company and restaurant Chef Claire’s takeaway Christmas Dinner Menu starts with a micro-green salad with candied pecans, shaved fennel and pomegranate vinaigrette and finishes with house-made mincemeat and lemon tarts.
In between are roasted root veggies, spinach strudel, and roasted turkey breast crusted with herbs. Vanilla bean and orange-scented cranberry chutney, caramelized apple-and-leek stuffing, cheddar biscuits and sherried pan gravy round out the trimmings.
Now you don’t need to be a brain surgeon to see the deal in that.
