INTO THE SUNSET
In celebration of the longest day of the year, we’ll be clinking our Collins glasses way past sunset.
Solstice Collins
2 shots Plymouth gin
1 1/2 shots St-Germain elderflower liqueur
1 shot freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/8 shot sugar syrup
soda water
Shake the first four ingredients with ice and strain into an ice-filled glass. Top with soda. Garnish with a lemon.
