SWEET SIPPING
When you have no ideas for dessert, why not serve a sweet cocktail at your next dinner party? Here’s a yummy recipe from our favorite Mixologist, Fabien Maillard of Mixoart Bar Entertainment:
Midnight Madness:
2 oz Minuit Coffee Cream
½ peeled ripe banana
½ scoop crushed ice (optional)
2 scoops vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt
Put the ice cream and ice into a blender. Add the banana and Minuit Coffee Cream (a very tasty Quebec-made product that everyone should try!), then blend the mixture together.
Decorate the inside of your glass with a splash of chocolate syrup, pour the mixture into the glass, decorate with a slice of banana and a few chocolate shavings and voila!
