When Studio Breathe opened on Shearer Street in 2006, it helped infuse new life into Griffintown. Now, it has moved into a bigger location on Notre Dame, but has kept its original DNA.

The new space stays true to its eco-friendly roots with a building that uses geothermal energy, sustainable design and a boutique featuring TOMS, Omala, and Lov organic tea. When we’re not downward dogging in the 1,400 square foot hot yoga room, we’re getting our cardio fix with karate or kickboxing, followed by a massage at Spa Vert and healthy eats by Crudessence.
