Décor Galore
When it comes to décor, we hate being hemmed in.
Home accessories boutique Buk & Nola seamlessly blends bohemian-Brit and Cali-cozy with scandesign and shabby-chic. We spotted nature-inspired Danish wallpapers (from $135/roll) and fern-print linen napkins ($42) beside a high-gloss Queen clock ($55) and Dachshund napkin holders (6/$30). We adored the in-house line of floral hanging lamps (from $40) and earthy pepper mills ($68) made from fallen Ontario tree branches.Like what you see? Sign up for the personalized budget-conscious décor service that includes an inspiration board of swatches or full makeover of your space.

Putting on Airs
Aerosols aren’t friendly, plug-ins are ugly and potpourri? Well that’s just passé.
Finally air freshener has moved into the modern day with Le Cube ($289), a sleek scent distributor that can be pre-programmed to diffuse droplets of fragrant essential oils throughout the day. Wake up to the clean laundry scent of Fresh Cotton ($60/cartridge) or feel calm as a cucumber with Relaxing's lavender and chamomile notes. Our pick? The Iced Gingerbread that smells so real, guests will think you’ve been baking.

Pillow Posies
Now that winter frost has replaced backyard blossoms, we’re bringing the blooms indoors.
EdenDesign’s ethereal feather-filled linen, silk and cotton sateen pillows ($295) feature botanical designs by Montreal watercolor artist, Gillian Wallis Johnston. From delicate coral tulips and Japanese iris to petunias and whimsical vines, we’ll be playing Eve right through until spring (no fertilizer required). Now all we need is Adam for a little pillow talk.
