This spacious room features stunning murals by Hideki Kimura, coupled with a signature Japanese minimalist approach to design and a picturesque hidden patio.
Like its sister restaurant Miku, Minami’s specialty is flame-seared Aburi sushi, thus enhancing the natural flavour of the fish. The must-try dish is Aburi Salmon Oshi Sushi ($14) or pressed local salmon, jalapeño, and miku sauce. Heartier appetites will enjoy Jidori Chicken and Foie Gras Gyoza ($18), with truffle dashi consommé. And to pair everything perfectly, the city’s star barman Shaun Layton created brilliant, innovative cocktails like Shiso Mojito, with shochu, green shiso leaves, and lime. Just keep em’ coming!
