In case you missed the stacks of hay piling up around the city, Stampede begins with a bang this weekend.
But if you can’t face dusting off the ubiquitous uniform of plaid and riding boots, it’s time to don a modern take on the required western wear.

Canvases of red-lipped cowgirls courtesy of Banff-based painter LG are photographed and screened on Calgary-made cotton tees. To add the one-of-a-kind touch, LG embellishes each top with added artwork.
