Shopping that makes the world a better place and supports our local design community? Yes, please!
The Window Community Art Shop is a non-profit space that carries local arts and crafts, from beauty and accessories to paper goods and even food. Some of the things on our radar: natural skincare by Belmondo; adorable greeting cards and prints by Wild Rabbit; Lindsey Hampton’s chic ceramic and leather jewellery; and the delicious rosemary syrup by The Syrup Trade that should make for great fall cocktails. One can even nurture their own design ambitions with The Window’s classes, just in case you have big knitting plans for the future (I certainly do). —Anya Georgijevic
