Scent of a Strong Woman
When we first heard about Barb Stegeman of The 7 Virtues fragrance line, the entrepreneur/
author had caught the attention of our Vancouver peeps with her philanthropic business scents.
By creating perfumes using ingredients purchased from nations experiencing war and strife, the 7 Virtues perfume line lends a helping hand to flower farmers foster fair trade. Capitalizing on the successes of the Afghanistan Orange Blossom and Noble Rose of Afghanistan perfumes, 7 Virtues has created a new fragrance called Vetiver of Haiti ($70). The soft but not-too-sweet scent, with top notes of Bergamot and lime and a base note of smoky organic Vetiver Oil from Haiti, can be worn by women or men.
