Queen B
An all-day pamper party is great, but sometimes a trip to the salon is pure business.
When calling up salon Local B for an appointment, we mentioned that we had to be out the door and looking gorgeous in under two hours. In no time flat they’d assembled a tag team of pros to blonde our roots ($45), bob our hair (from $40), and buff ‘n’ polish our fingers and toes, all at the same time. While everyone else rushed around, we enjoyed a leisurely espresso while laying back on the oh-so-comfy hair treatment lounges.
Oops, looks like we mixed business with pleasure.
