Our favorite flare master and mighty mixologist Fabien Maillard (owner of the LAB bar) has just opened his own college of cocktail.
The new Mixoart Flare Gym is offering 24-hour workshops geared to beginner bartenders and those who want to increase the wow factor at their next soirée. Develop your own signature style while learning the history of flare, how to juggle bottles, and basic moves like flips, grips and stalls. Like a real gym, it has loads of mirrors so you can perfect your form and mats to prevent nasty breaks.
