There’s nothing like a blowout party to celebrate a renovation.

The Core shopping mall is wrapping up its overhaul and putting a bow on the shiny new stores with T’was the Night on November 30. The mall party kicks off with a red carpet arrival hosted by gossip blogger Lainey Lui. Once inside there are holiday-themed appies, deals in every store, a concert by Chantal Kreviazuk, the lighting of a 45-foot tree complete with indoor pyrotechnics. Tickets are $15 with proceeds going to the United Way of Calgary’s BeCause project and the National Music Project.
