Hungry Eyes
The boys in The Hunger Games are a tad underwhelming (sorry!), but one strapping man gives us summer beauty inspiration.
While the other Capitolians sport ridiculous neon-coloured manes, overly manicured talons, and falsies that would make Shu Uemura gasp, Cinna (played by the ageless Lenny Kravitz) is the picture of elegance with his signature gold eyeliner.
