When I think of one my favorite trips, I think of my time in France. Fabulous shopping, architecture and of course, the food. The closest that I have come in Calgary to the amazing dining experiences is Cassis Bistro.
It's a gorgeous space that is minimal in it's decor. Giving off a very hip and chic French bistro vibe is the perfect setting for the outstanding eats. Having been there quite a few times since the opening, I have had the staple dish of steak frites and loved it every time. Of course I have indulged in their French inspired cocktails and other dishes and have been just as pleased. I am a picky eater and finding a place that pleases every time is hard to find, so well done Cassis!
The service is exceptional and owner Gilles Brassart greets everyone with a smile.
