Good, not-so-clean fun
White Yoga, meet your ultimate nemesis: The Color Run.
It dubs itself the happiest 5K on the planet and Montreal is the only Canadian city that will find out for itself on October 13.
The premise is simple: Start wearing white and finish with Day-Glo duds. At every kilometre, walkers/jogger/runners are doused with a different colour… and a party ensues!
Call us colour-crazy, but this is a run that really does sound fun. —Christine Laroche
