With the Montreal designer’s third line in collaboration with Simons department store, Philippe Dubuc pour ICÔNE, we can have our Dubuc style and dresses too. His women’s line mingles sleek tailoring with flowing fabrics in the stunning Riding coat ($250) and soft-as-suede Cocoon dress  ($150) with a boldly pleated neckline. We don’t doubt that his Hi-tech skinny pant ($125) will become a permanent fixture in our rotating wardrobe.
