Cold Storage
We’d certainly call ourselves oenophiles, but much to our chagrin, our tiny rented apartment doesn’t have its own wine cellar.
We’re keeping our Cabernet collection at Cave St. Jacques wine storage, a secure, regulated cellar rented by the year (a cellar for 150 bottles starts at $324/year). We purchased our wine online and Cave St. Jacques’ trained professionals picked it up from the SAQ and brought it back to be properly stored.
This will definitely be a good year.
