Tradition. Who needs it?
We love a fresh take on the tried and true. Victoria Drive’s Chau Veggie Express offers vegetarian and vegan-friendly twists on classic Vietnamese food. We gathered around the chic new space’s communal table to try the shredded bean curd rice paper rolls ($3.50) and slurp up the spicy pho hue in ginger and lemongrass broth ($7.75). And we washed it down with tea.
