Tommy Ton is in town for the Canadian launch of his new bags for Club Monaco. There was an enormous turn out for the launch party - powerhouses right to left- but still, Tommy took the time to give me an insiders look at his life, his work, and his design philosophy. 

Kids change a lot, but they don't have to change everything.

If ever there is a time to admit you need help, it's in parenting. Not that I think you should go around asking everyone's advice, and take it- but I do think there's something to be said for comparing notes. "Oh my god, your kid does that too?".

It's like Avon, for jewellery. At least that's how it was described to me.
