I'm not one to wake up super early to make myself an amazing lunch for work. Instead, I like to put something simple together before I go to bed (so I can sleep in longer). Usually, I'll put together a simple salad with your everyday veggies and some sort of protein like chicken or tuna. But this gets boring. Even if I switch up the sauces, I still get bored.
