Entering into an artist's studio can sometimes feel like an intrusion, this is where they create their masterpieces and sometimes it feels wrong to be in their space. But we were thrilled to have the opportunity to get a sneak peak at Dougal Graham's work for his upcoming exhibition Only At Night. The show, at Vancouver's Trench Gallery, features his paintings and jewelry. Elements of his paintings are translated into silver jewelry pieces with materials like hand carved antler. It's one thing to have a dress that matches your necklace, but it's a whole other thing to have a necklace that matches your painting.
